REMINDERS: There is a mandatory Disney meeting after the 8th Grade Winter concert on Tuesday, December 8.  It should only last about 30 minutes.  The balance on your trip payment is due NO LATER than Monday, December 12.

If you are an 8th Grade chorus student interested in joining us on our annual Disney Trip, please read the Disney Information Letter with a parent.

After you have turned in your $200 deposit (due August 30!), please fill out the Disney Information Form.

Remember, the Dodgen Chorus 8th Grade Disney Trip is January 25-28, 2012.  The Trip Itinerary will provide more specific information.

See below for a special announcement about a fundraising opportunity specifically for the 8th Grade Chorus Disney Trip!


How would you like to volunteer instead of paying cash for your child's Disney trip.  We are joining with the Pope Band this year for a fundraiser at the Georgia Dome.  You will be a suite attendant at a Falcons game and your child's Disney trip will be credited $70 for each time you volunteer.  The days are 12 hours long and you will need to wear black shoes and pants.  All training will be provided.  Multiple members of your family can volunteer each game as long as they are over 18.  For example if a wife and cousin volunteer $140 would be applied to your student's account.


The games available are Sept 1st, November 20th and 27th.  You may sign up for one two or three games.


Once you sign up you must honor your commitment so please make sure you can volunteer.  To reserve a spot, click HERE.
