I'm ready to turn in my Cheesecake Fundraiser - What do I need?

1. Final Cheesecake Order Form (EVERYONE TURNS THIS IN, WHETHER YOU HAVE SOLD 0 OR 100)

2. Order Brochure (Stapled to your Final Order Form)

3. Money in Envelope (Put this in the money box - do NOT staple to your order form!)

Our Fundraiser Kick-Off is Thursday, August 25! We are excited for another successful year selling Cheesecakes with Encore!

Your totals for each item should be written into a final order form, which you will turn in with your money (ONE check from your parents made payable to Dodgen Middle School) on Wednesday, September 7.
